No prices by design — health is judged on claims, not the tape. VOO and RSP are excluded: a DCA policy is not a falsifiable thesis.
Broken = a load-bearing claim contradicted by a figure, or ≥2 re-rating conditions fired → REVIEW via portfolio-analysis · Weakening = a claim under pressure or 1 condition fired → watch, tighten the next checkpoint · Intact = every claim holds → log only. Cards sorted Broken → Weakening → Intact.
